Imagine suddenly finding yourself in a dark room where people are throwing stones at each other. In this scenario, nobody knows who started throwing stones, or why it is happening. Those involved are just going along with it, because they cannot see beyond their current experience. What if the light in the room began to slowly increase?
With more light in the room, people would have a better understanding of what is going on. They would see more clearly the intentions and actions of others in the room. This would lead to a different experience in the room. Our world is going through a similar process, where the increasing light is a metaphor for our expanding consciousness.
What Is Happening?
The world is undergoing a shift in consciousness, often referred to as ascension. This time has been foretold by seers, mystics and prophets going back to ancient times. Ascension is the end of a natural spiritual evolutionary cycle which has taken many thousands of years to complete. When the cycle concludes it changes the vibration, or consciousness, of the entire planet allowing for a new cycle of spiritual evolution.
The current inhabitants of this world have an opportunity to move from a lower state of consciousness, to a higher state of consciousness as we move into the next cycle. In our lifetime we will see many changes, for much that was hidden, forgotten, or suppressed will be revealed through our expanding consciousness.
Our Expanding Consciousness
A growing number of people around the world are discovering that there is a deeper meaning behind all things. Much like how light changed perceptions in our metaphorical dark room, the human collective consciousness is expanding in its perceptions of itself. More of us are realizing we are not just a physical body wandering around a lone planet in the vastness of space. We are reconnecting with our soul, a timeless multi-dimensional aspect of ourselves that exists beyond what we call physical reality.
Our soul carries knowledge and wisdom gained from other lifetimes and dimensions. When we reconnect with our soul through our expanding consciousness, we heal our traumas, let go of self-limiting beliefs, and discover our higher purpose. We learn to follow our heart and intuition and inspire others to do the same. As more of the population moves into a higher state of consciousness, the world will begin to change rapidly.
The Central Ohio Starseeds Mission
We are a growing community of heart-centered individuals based in central Ohio. Our mission is to unite like-minded individuals who identify as Starseed, Lightworker, Empath, Healer, Medium, etc., that are walking a spiritual path aligned with love and compassion. To share information, make connections, and find out about community events.
Are You a Starseed?
Some of us have difficulty relating to mainstream societal beliefs, structures and practices. We believe that our soul has existed elsewhere in the universe, or even another dimension, which can make us feel out of place in the modern human era. We may also find ourselves very connected to nature and resonate with ancient legends and civilizations on Earth. We tend to be gentle, empathic, and loving individuals that do not wish to participate in the violence, and competition that a portion of the human population is engaged with. In our hearts we know a better world is possible, because we subconsciously remember such places and we came here to make it happen.
We strive for a peaceful existence in everyday life and have love and compassion for all. We believe that we are here for a mission, or greater purpose to help the world during this time of expanding consciousness. Many of us have spiritual gifts which we use to help others. We may be called Starseeds, Lightworkers, Empaths, Healers, Mediums, etc., but regardless of the name, we are here to participate in what we believe to be a great planetary awakening.
